Grant Looney and Les Seaton with Acme Brick (http://www.brick.com/) will be in the Midland office of PSC on March 29th to present "Commercial Brick Workmanship" This program is a 1HR AIA/HSW LU. Lunch will be provided by Acme Brick so please be sure to RSVP, by either accepting the email invite or by emailing Shane Danley, no later than Friday March 25th so that our provider can plan for lunch. Title: Commercial Brick Workmanship

Description: A good review of Inspection of brick masonry during construction is essential to ensure that construction conforms to the design. Key inspection items are shown, including proper flashing materials and installation, proper mixing and placing of mortar, joint tooling, brick anchors, and covering walls during construction. Cleaning and prevention of water-related staining are addressed, as well as cold and hot weather construction.
